Well old "Tips and Pointers for WM2" thread got old and outdated when you think of all new stuff in the addon. So i made a new sticky thread for tips and pointers.

So there it is just advice eachother. 8)

its range of 10 however, will often times make you a dead man due to your greed.

I don't know if this may be true for everyone else, but speech seems to be less important than ever in the addon. The required speech for the iron certs seems kinda pointless since the 1k ride from Trashyard to Black Market cuts down on travel and encounters that catches your heavily-laden character off guard. Also, for some reason my character is able to hold onto the many ores I mined from the mines even when I am beyond the weight limit (provided I don't drop anything, I can pretty much get everything I mined safely back to town). Although speech may not be need for the iron certificates, it will help with getting new orderlists. However, it will be a long time until I can routinely hand in the stuff obtained from orderlists 2 and above.

Barter on the other hand, seems more useful than ever and is very tempting to choose as one of the beginning tagged skills. All the water, books, and etc. the shopkeepers have are all very tempting to a poor mercenary :(

Actually at least 50% speech is necesery later on if you dont want to break your mouse by cooking those meats.

My advice is to play casually. Its a single player game and you got nothing to prove to anyone. So just play and do in it what you feel like doing and not what is allways gonna give the best outcome. Lot more fun to play that way.

i soooooo agree. You have several choices concerning what to do. you can hunt to get food and sell to Bos, kick ass in combat area, fish, or mine. Do what you feel is neccesary to your survival. The materia teleporter has eliminated the time problem so you need not to worry about that.
